A family heritage

Our roots trace back to the post-war era, grounded in the humility and sacrifice of our grandfather, Angelo. That same dedication was passed down to our father, Fortunato, who at 89 remains our guiding light. His example serves as a daily reminder that respect for both people and the environment is the only foundation for the future.

Today, the estate is managed by Gianni and Walter, who carry forward this heritage with an artisanal approach. More than just a business, we are a family. we are in the vineyards every single day, from pruning to harvest, personally overseeing every growth cycle to ensure grapes of excellent quality and a genuine product, rich in values.

The philosophy of respect

Our estate spans approximately 40 hectares of lush greenery, where hedgerows, waterways, and a small stream create a harmonious ecosystem.

We have always been more dedicated to cultivating with passion and devotion than to mere wealth creation.

• Respecting natural cycles
• Enhancing biodiversity
• Maintaining the balance between mankind, flora and fauna
• Natural fertilization using vineyard pruning waste
• Fallow land to encourage the thriving of local wildlife and plants

Filosofia del rispetto

The art of winemaking

In this land dedicated to Prosecco, our production marries technique with tradition. We enhance the Glera grape through meticulous care in the vineyard and rigorous control in the cellar. We use the natural fermentation method to preserve the primary aromas of green apple and white flowers, typical of our grapes, offering various expressions of the terroir—from the crisp Extra Brut to the smoother Extra Dry—right through to the rediscovery of tradition with on the lees versions.

Every bottle from Società Agricola Piave tells the story of a unique territory, a united family, and a pact of love with nature that is renewed with every harvest.
